Buzzercode Terms of Service

1. The Service

Buzzercode is a pay-per-minute social marketplace. By using our platform via the phone network or mobile app, you agree to these terms.

2. Billing & Wallet

Calls are charged per minute at the rate displayed for each creator. Funds are deducted from your pre-paid wallet in real-time. Minimum top-up is $20.00.

3. Commissions

Buzzercode takes a 20% commission on all call revenue. Creators receive 80% of the per-minute rate.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Wallet balances are non-refundable once loaded, except where required by law. High-fidelity connections are the responsibility of the carrier.

5. Conduct

Illegal content, harassment, or recording calls without consent is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
